Meet Your Coach
Hi! I’m Adrienne Hagon
Hi, I’m Adrienne, the creator of 3 Minute Village. I’ve spent the past 27 years working with kids in all kinds of settings — summer camps, tutoring, coaching, student travel abroad, field trips, and of course, the elementary classroom. Helping kids grow is my passion. I hold a Master’s Degree in Education, and I believe the foundation for learning begins at home. I’m a firm believer that it takes a village, and I lean into mine — hard. That’s why I created 3 Minute Village.
As a teacher, mom, and wife, I love finding simple, meaningful ways to weave learning into everyday moments. Whether at home or on an adventure, I know you want to support your child the best you can — and you’re in the right place. Have 3 minutes? Your village is here!

Perfect for busy parents who want to make learning joyful and simple.
We know that you care. We know that you're busy. You can feel confident that our 27 years of teaching children to read, and training teachers in the best ways to teach reading, all come together in a direct, easy-to-understand format through our course

It depends on the activity. Some may take 3 minutes. Some may take 30 minutes. Here is the good news! Kids learn foundational skills best when they are taught in short and focused bursts of time.
-
We hope so! We also know that consistently exposing children to sounds, letters and words at home is proven to increase literacy competence.
Still have some questions? We’ve got you covered.
-
Please read with your child! Also, decades of research tell us that students need to practice individual skills to become fluent readers. That’s where we come in!
